It's a half mile walk to the water but an amazing beach! Make sure and lock your doors!
Locals seem to park their cars in view of the highway. Id recommend the same. Easy access down the tunnel trail to donkey.

Donkey Beach is a beautiful place and feels very safe and clean it is a clothing-optional beach however I very rarely see any nudists there the parking however is kind of sketchy it's not uncommon for people to have things stolen if they leave their car unlocked or windows down. One good thing about it is that as public restrooms. It's probably fine during the day however the bike path is paved all the way from Kapaa and it's a wonderful 15 minutes bike ride. you can even walk there and back in an hour and a half ;)
